Miss Robyn
Miss Robyn
Principal / Director of Prodigy Performing Arts and Prodigy Professional
Robyn Parras is the Principal of Prodigy Performing Arts. She has had training in RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap, Modern and Jazz and BAL tap and GWT Tap. Robyn also has her Diploma in Childcare Services (0-12 years) and has completed a 4-year degree at university to gain a Bachelor of Primary Education at the Australian Catholic University. Robyn also holds a certificate 3 in fitness instructing and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Miss Robyn is still heavily involved in teaching at her studio so she can connect with all her students of all ages.
Since 2011, Robyn is the manager and choreographer of the official Sydney Roosters Cheer squad as well as the junior squad. During this time, Robyn has choreographed a myriad of routines that entertain fans both on and off the field. Her role at the Sydney Roosters also allows her to organise and develop exciting Dance Spectaculars which consist of upward of 600 Children on field.
Robyn is extremely passionate about her students. She thrives in teaching every single student as an individual and helping them reach their fullest potential in both dance and also within themselves to bring out positive self confidence. Robyn believes every child is unique and is capable of anything they put their mind to with the positive encouragement in our all inclusive, positive, fun, friendly, safe and family orientated studio.

Miss Karley
Miss Karley
Miss Karley has been training in many styles of dance for over 15 years. She has represented Prodigy Performing Arts at competition levels, as well as many performance opportunities. Miss Karley has performed as part of the Sydney Roosters Cheerleaders and other professional events across Sydney.
Miss Karley has completed training in Glenwood Tap, Ready Set Dance, Dance Cirque, and The Dance Apprentice to further her skills and qualifications as a teacher. She has also completed a Bachelor Degree in Sport and Exercise Science, adding to her wealth of knowledge in anatomy, training and safe movement patterns.
Miss Karley is currently our head of preschool, teaching many of our Ready Set Dance, Ready Set Ballet, Ready Set Acro, Little Monkeys and Performance classes that run throughout the week. Miss Karley is bubbly, enthusiastic and energetic in her classes, creating an amazing experience for our littlest dancers and acrobats!
Miss Karley is passionate about teaching and providing an amazing experience for each and every student. Currently teaching tap, minis combo classes and lyrical, she is excited to share her love of dance in a safe, fun and nurturing environment.

Miss Emma
Emma Kelly has been a dedicated teacher in the dance and fitness industry for over 20 years. As a competitor at State, National, and five-time International World Sport Aerobics Championships, Emma brings extensive experience and passion to her work. She teaches and choreographs across all dance genres and sport aerobics, with her choreographing routines that have received National medals for the past decade. Emma’s true passion lies in seeing her students thrive and inspiring them to reach their fullest potential both on and off the stage.

Miss Amy

Amy began her education in singing, dancing and acting at age 5, studying all areas of performing arts. She has worked professionally in Australia and overseas along side the likes of John Farnham, Kylie Minogue, The Living End, James Blundell, and the late Doc Neeson. With a passion for Music theatre, Amy has been a regular on the stage for over 20yrs and is a Multi Award winning Choreographer. She is vocally trained in classical and music theatre and is qualified in Classical Ballet (R.A.D), Jazz (I.D.T.A), Tap (I.D.T.A) and is a certified PBT instructor. Amy has been teaching for over 25yrs and directed her own Dance and Performing Arts Centre in Canberra with past students still working in the industry both in Australia and Internationally.
Amy is a sought after National and International Adjudicator of 20yrs experience and is a proud member of the Australian Dance Adjudicators Association. She takes great pride in training and nurturing young performers to reach their full potential.

Jeremy
Jeremy Chau
Jeremy Chau is a talented and versatile professional dancer, choreographer and teacher known for his unique and innovative creativity and choreography. A graduate of Ev & Bow full time, he has trained in all styles and has established himself as an in demand teacher and choreographer in Sydney.
His training is extensive having been mentored intimately by some of the worlds best choreographers such as Marko Panzic, Sarah Boulter, Sela Vai, Jervis Livelo, Bec Condino and Blake John Wood to name a few. Professionally, he has worked on a number of music videos and live performances for companies such as JLD Entertainment and MVRKD MVMNT.

Miss Isabella
Miss Isabella
Miss Isabella has been dancing since the age of 3 and is currently one of Prodigy Performing Arts teachers. She has been trained in areas such as, Glenn Wood Tap, RAD ballet, hip-hop, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, cheerleading, chorus line and burlesque.
Miss Isabella has represented Prodigy Performing Arts as a Sydney Roosters cheerleader, Western Sydney Wanderers Mascot, performed as a Canberra Raiders dancer for the 2020 NRL Grand Final, was a member of Parramatta Eels Hype Squad as well as within many more performance and promotional opportunities throughout her time.
She has also just graduated from university with a double degree of Arts/ Social Science majoring in Psychology, Criminology and Criminal Justice. As a passionate teacher, Miss Isabella wants to see her kids succeed not only on stage and in their dancing but also life. She believes in motivating her students and creating strong, confident and good all around humans. Inspiring kids to shine and for them to reach their fullest potential is always at the forefront of her mind.

Miss Elise
Miss Elise
Miss Elise has been a teacher and student at Prodigy Performing Arts since 2017. She has been dancing consistently since 2006 in a range of styles with her favourite styles being hip hop, commercial jazz/heels and cheer.
Miss Elise completed her fulltime dance training at Village Nation in 2020 where she attained her Certificate IV in Dance (Elite performance). Throughout that training she had the opportunity to be trained daily by industry leaders that inspired her journey as a dancer and as a teacher.
Throughout that training she has had the opportunity to perform at events such as the ICC Women’s T20 Cricket World Cup opening ceremony for the artist Vera Blue, the AMAY Japan convention in 2020 and more.
Miss Elise also had the incredible opportunity to assist the choreographer of the Lego Australia x INXS VIDIYO campaign which was shot at the Sydney Opera House in 2021.
Miss Elise has represented Prodigy Performing Arts at professional events such as working as a dancer for the NRL and mascotting for A-league. In 2022, Miss Elise was a part of the Parramatta Eels Hype crew, which saw her getting the opportunity to dance on stage for DJ Havana Brown.
Miss Elise is very passionate about her work with children and is currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education at the University of Wollongong. Miss Elise teaches a wide variety of classes at Prodigy Performing Arts. She is a part of both our Preschool team and Circus team where she teaches a multitude of different classes and ages. Miss Elise is very proud to be a part of the prodigy family and loves being able to make sure our students have fun and become the best dancers they can be.

Toni
Toni is a trained musical theatre performer who is thrilled to be joining the Prodigy faculty. Most notably, she has completed three years of full-time training at LAUNCH Performing Arts Centre on the Gold Coast, and has recently completed Theatre Bridge right here in Sydney. With over a decade of technical vocal and performance training, she is excited to be passing this knowledge onto the Prodigy students, and to inspire a new generation of passionate and confident performers.
As a teacher, Toni specialises in presenting a technique-based approach to learning, to ensure every student has a sound understanding of the voice and can subsequently build confidence in a brand new skill! By applying this knowledge to song, students will quickly feel momentum in their capabilities and be supported in their growth. Students will have the option to perform at Vocal Eisteddfods and/or in Song and Dance sections at several competitions throughout the year, and they can use their singing classes to prepare for any and all musical auditions or local performances.

From television commercials to on stage performances, Christina is a well rounded and passionate performer who is very excited to become part of the Prodigy family this year.
Christina’s extensive training in all genres at GY Dance and full time at Ettingshausens Dynamic Arts landed her on TV Week Logie Awards, X Factor, Young Talent Time and Nickelodeon Slime Fest to name a few. Her strong commercial jazz background awarded her professional jobs under the direction of renowned choreographers such as The Squared Division, Marko Panzic and Kaylie Yee who she said have inspired her to become the teacher she is today.
Apart from her flare for performing on stage, Christina has also made appearances on screen for Dance Academy, Razzle Dazzle and various music videos. Along with this, modelling for Bonds, Crocs Footwear and Blu Sport Swimwear are also credits to add to her career in the industry. Christina was also fortunate enough to work at venues such as Marquee and The Ivy as a podium dancer.
All these credits aside, Christina’s main passion is teaching. She believes that a great teacher provides their students not only with tools for the studio, but also for life as well. Believing in her students is key and that is exactly what Christina hopes to bring to Prodigy this year; a fresh new perspective for her students and to create memories with them in this next journey as part of the Prodigy family.

Miss Jessica
Jess has been performing since the age of 5, she has studied and is trained in many styles of dancing including GWT Tap, RAD Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Hip Hop, Cheerleading, Musial Theatre, Contemporary, Lyrical, Chorus Line and Burlesque.
She has had many performance opportunities including being a member of the Sydney Roosters Junior Cheer Squad, performing and competing in Troupes, Solos and Duos at Eisteddfods. Jess has performed in Musicals including Annie, Grease, Alice in Wonderland and The Wizard Of Oz, and Productions such as The Phantom of the Opera, Hyperspace, The Wedding Singer and We Will Rock You.
Jess has toured LA with RTB Dance and took part in many performances and workshops. Jess is a teacher, student and choreographer at RTB dance studio and is looking forward to a future in the dance industry both as a professional dancer and teacher.

Miss Corrina

Miss Corrina has been training in all styles of dance for over 18 years and has completed major levels of RAD ballet, Glenwood tap and BAL tap exams. She has completed at national level in various competitions and has had the opportunity to train and perform internationally.
In 2016, Miss Corrina completed her Certificate of Ballet Teaching Studies allowing her to obtain RAD registered teaching status. She also completed her Bachelor of Medical Science majoring in Anatomy and Physiology in the same year. She continues her professional development yearly by completing various courses and has also completed all 3 levels of Marie Walton’s ‘Progressing Ballet Technique’.
Over the last 6 years, Miss Corrina has sent hundreds of students for RAD ballet exams from pre-primary through to Advanced 1. She has also had the privilege of choreographing award winning solo and group pieces for state and national competitions.
Miss Corrina prides herself on her extended knowledge of the mechanics of the body and how to achieve the best out of each child by always applying safe dance practise techniques. Miss Corrina is excited to educate and pass on her love of dance to the students of Prodigy Performing Arts in 2020!

Miss Emily has been dancing at Prodigy Performing Arts since it was founded in 2008 and is currently one of Prodigy Performing Arts senior dancers as well as a student teacher . She has been trained in areas such as Glen Wood Tap, Rad ballet , hip-hop, jazz, hip hoo lyrical, contemporary, cheerleading, chorus line and a lot more.
Miss Emily has represented Prodigy Performing Arts as a Sydney roosters cheerleader, dancing at the Sydney royal Easter show , modelled with Jennifer Hawkins , danced at nrl games as a back up dancer for Samantha jade aswell as justice crew. For the first time ever she was selected as a featured dancer in 2 ensembles at school spectacular for tap and hip hop.
Miss Emily is has future to study dance and build her knowledge to become a successful performer and dance teacher. Miss Emily currently teaches little prodigies, juniors and our 8/u troupe whom she adores and loves seeing them improve and gain confidence

Miss Sydney
Miss Sydney
Sydney is an aspiring Australian actor with multiple years of formal vocal training and over a decade of Dance and Performance Training within the Australian sports and entertainment field. Sydney is currently studying a Bachelor of Performance and Theatre at the University of Wollongong and plans to study musical theatre following the completion of her degree.
At UOW, Sydney appeared in ‘Better Than…’ an original piece directed by Lisa McDonald and is currently, as an actor, working on the development of a new show directed by Dr Malcom Whittaker as well as Tim Eno’s “The Flu Season” as Doctor directed by Michelle Fry. Sydney has been dancing with Prodigy Performing Arts since 2014 training in Hip Hop, Cheer, Jazz, Heels, Lyrical and Contemporary.
